The word ‘brunch’ is a combination of breakfast and lunch, and it’s eaten between breakfast and lunch time. Some define it as a late breakfast, or early lunch.

I have recommended the below restaurants because they have ever more original dishes with lots of sweet & savoury flavours on their menus, made to adapt to different audiences, such as vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans or celiacs.

The idea of brunch is to be sociable and cheerful 🙂

Have you ever heard of Guy Beringer? If you haven’t, then thank him right away as he is the genius who invented brunch. The inspiration for his dear invention was his own hangover.

Personally I love the fact that after a wild Friday or Saturday night, your able to have a lie in and then get dressed and go for a hybrid meal during midday. This is always fun with friends the following day, sharing your meal and previous evenings hangover stories. Funny enough all my hangover brunches are usually accompanied by more alcoholic drinks LOL
